Nextt is seeking experienced and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing support to a participant living with quadriplegia in Toukley, Newcastle.
The role is open to female applicants only due to client preference and support requirements.The position involves personal care, health-related routines, meals, medication and daily living support.
Shifts operate on a two-week roster with a mix of morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours to promote dignity and independence.
