Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging and inspirational face to face training sessions in accordance with the RTO's standards and guidelinesUse your industry expertise to educate students on plans, drawings, levelling equipment,



and industry math's and calculationsProvide support and guidance to students through innovative and exciting learning opportunitiesAssess and support student competency and achievement through one on one and group trainingConduct student placement visitsProvide constructive feedback on learning resources and training productsMaintain accurate training records and documentationRequirementsAt least 5 years of demonstrated work experience in the construction industry, or similarAbility to engage with a diverse cohort and deliver engaging classroom sessions engaging students to progress their own learningStrong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Great time management with strong verbal and written communication skillsSomeone willing to travel to our various training locations across Regional VICCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent Australian driver's licenceQualificationsCertificate IV in Training and AssessmentCertificate III in Civil ConstructionBenefitsJoin a supportive and dynamic team environmentContribute to the development of future construction professionalsCompetitive remuneration based on qualifications and experienceReady to Apply?
