Emerald Carrying Company (ECC) is seeking a Central Queensland Driver Trainer to support, mentor and develop drivers across our operations.
This permanent, full time role is ideal for an experienced senior driver passionate about improving driver capability and safety.Working with depot and operations leaders, you will travel between Gracemere and Mackay depots, coach drivers, conduct observations and assessments, and help ensure compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
