We have an opportunity for an OH&S; Representative to join our team at Precision Scaffolding.
Your role will mostly be based on site, with some in-office administration work at our Tullamarine depot.
You will ensure that all workers are following OH&S; regulations, and that all scaffolds are built in compliance with the safety rules and regulations in place.

The role:
You will be responsible for promoting and maintaining safe work practices across a portfolio of active scaffolding projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, scaffold crews and builders, you will conduct site inspections, provide safety guidance and ensure all works are completed in accordance with legislation, company procedures and industry best practice.
Your duties as an OH&S; Representative are including, but not limited to:
Conduct regular safety inspections across multiple sites
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards and company procedures
Complete site audits, risk assessments, SWMS reviews and incident investigations
Provide safety coaching and support to scaffold crews and site supervisors
Identify hazards and implement practical corrective actions
Maintain accurate safety documentation and compliance records
Deliver toolbox talks and contribute to ongoing safety training
Foster a proactive safety culture across all projects
This job can be hands‐on and labour-intensive, and at times you will be required to:
Lift, carry and install scaffolding
Work directly with scaffolders to ensure safe installation and dismantle
About you:
A successful candidate will have the following:
Punctual and reliable
The flexibility to work both autonomously and within a team
Well‐developed written and spoken communication skills
Willingness to be 'hands‐on' with an outcome focused attitude
Well versed with computers
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Relevant scaffolding experience and High Risk Basic Scaffolding ticket preferred
Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and construction safety requirements
Knowledge of high‐risk construction activities
White Card and current Victorian Drivers Licence
