high-performing team that takes pride in doing things right the first time.What You'll Be DoingConducting routine inspections and preventative maintenancePerforming mechanical repairs and equipment overhaulsResponding to equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting issuesUsing a digital maintenance system to log accurate service recordsEnsuring compliance with OHS policies and contributing to a strong safety cultureCollaborating with site teams to ensure effective, high-quality project deliveryWhat We're Looking ForTrade-qualified Diesel Fitter / Heavy Diesel Mechanic (essential)Based in the Cairns region (essential)Current C Class driver's licence (MR highly regarded)Proven ability to work independently with strong time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanshipExperience in marine, civil or mining industries (advantageous)First Aid, Shipboard Safety, or Recreational Boat Licence (a bonus)Why Join Hall Contracting?
