Our Accommodation Division offers support to individuals living with disability, in a diverse range of housing options, that meets the individuals needs.
As a Team Leader, you'll supervise the smooth operations of group homes, with participants that require 24/7 care.




We'll support you along your carer journey and give you the opportunity to develop into the best leader you can be.Key responsibilities include:Leading a team of passionate Disability Support Workers and empower them to provide high quality supports to participantsCommunicating with families, guardians and a variety of stakeholders as required to discuss participants progress and barriersAssisting participants with daily tasks such as personal care, health and hygienewhile making their dignity and independence a top priorityAssisting participants to work towards achieving their goals and aspirationsSupporting and guiding Disability Support Workers to develop their knowledge and skillsMaintaining compliance with participant and staff records within your area of responsibilityMaintaining the day-to-day roster schedule and filling shifts as required within your area of responsibilityFoster a culture of inclusion, respect and continuous improvementAre You Our Ideal Candidate?
