processes and a positive organisational cultureThe Business Manager works collaboratively within RedGum's leadership model, partnering with the Head of School to ensure educational excellence is supported by sound business management and sustainable operations.About YouDemonstrated leadership experience in education, not-for-profit or comparable organisationsStrong financial management, budgeting and reporting capabilityExperience in governance, compliance and organisational risk managementKnowledge of HR, employment obligations and operational managementExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA collaborative leadership style with high levels of integrity and professionalismStrong organisational skills, sound judgement and a solutions-focused approachExperience working with Boards and an understanding of the education sector will be highly regarded.
