Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.What you will be doing:Responding to a variety of maintenance requests; providing a high level of serviceIdentifying and implementing preventative maintenance programsCollaborating with various teams, suppliers and managing external contractorsConducting regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needsMaintaining accurate records of maintenance work and repairsEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and standardsUsing the computer system to log maintenance requestsWhat we are looking for:Maintenance experience within Aged Care or Health Services setting desirableHandyperson, building maintenance or trade backgroundStrong leadership,
