We’re seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our aged care team and deliver exceptional outcomes for the local community. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape your team, influence performance, and make a genuine difference every day.
What You’ll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring high-quality, person‑centred care
Drive performance in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational goals
Oversee care planning and clinical documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
Build, coach and develop a high-performing team
Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture
Manage workforce planning and resources to ensure sustainable operations
Build robust relationships with residents, families, and the local community
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a leadership role within aged care (Residential Care Manager or similar)
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
