We are seeking an ambitious and results‑driven Product Specialist to join our Biosurgery Team in Brisbane. The primary responsibility is to promote and sell J&J;’s Surgical/Adjunctive Haemostat products to surgeons across a wide range of specialties. This field‑based role involves engaging with specialist surgeons, key hospital decision makers, developing recent business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
Promote and sell J&J;’s Surgical/Adjunctive Haemostat products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Engage with specialist surgeons and key hospital decision makers in the Brisbane Metro North and Rockhampton territories.
Develop relationships and current business opportunities to increase market share.
Provide in‑theatre technical support and in‑service training to ensure maximum benefit and application of our Biosurgery products.
Meet and exceed sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

Qualifications
Degree qualified.
2–3years of hospital sales experience within medical devices or pharma.
Experience working in an operating theatre setting.
Strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for driving commercial outcomes.




Collaborative, highly organised, and able to work independently as a field‑based representative.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically within the assigned territory.
Right to work in Australia; reliable car and a valid driver licence required.
