Role Description
This is a full time, in office Sales Associate role based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, assisting clients with product selections, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include client engagement, achieving sales targets, coordinating merchandise displays,
and ensuring accurate stock levels. The role requires working closely with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
Sales and customer service skills, including achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences
Product knowledge, with the ability to understand and communicate the features and advantages of premium and luxury fashion items
Organizational and inventory management skills, including coordinating merchandise displays and maintaining stock accuracy
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members and enhance store operations
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends
Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury sales (preferable)
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
Proficiency in using retail Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
