In this role, you'll be the face of our studio, inspiring our community, driving member growth, and ensuring every member has an exceptional training experience.This is a hands-on leadership role, split between leading sessions on the floor and managing the day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
You'll work closely with our owners and the management team across our three Geelong studios to deliver on our growth, retention, and profitability goals.What you'll be doingLeading, inspiring, and mentoring our training team to deliver safe, effective,
