Our Family Bistro has the views and our delicious menu uses ingredients inspired by local Victorian suppliers, succulent steaks, fresh seafood, crispy healthy salads and all your pub classics taken to the next level.A day in the life of a Head Chef:Command the kitchen like it's your own, keeping it running smooth, protected, and profitableBe a key part of the leadership crew, working closely with the Publican and FOH teamShare your passion, skills, and creativity to grow a high-performing kitchen teamKeep the connection between the kitchen and front of house flowing with good vibes and great food every shiftInherent requirements:This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
