Salary on offer is $75,000-$85,000 plus super, depending onexperience.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-dayoperations of our store.
The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales, managing staffand ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining operational standards.Key duties and responsibilitiesDetermining product mix, stock levels and service standardsFormulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policiesPromoting and advertising the establishment's goods and servicesMaintaining records of stock levels and financial transactionsUndertaking budgeting for the establishmentControlling the selection, training and supervision of staffEnsuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulationsTo be considered for this position, you must-Have previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 1 year)Have relevant qualifications or skillsBe self-motivated, creative, confident and enthusiasticBe a team player
