You'll be the key point of contact for client communication and relationship management across our payroll portfolio, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our service.




It's a excellent fit for someone who enjoys the people-side of client management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day communication and relationship management for a portfolio of payroll clientsAct as the primary contact for client payroll queries, ensuring timely, professional responsesMaintain employee records, onboarding/offboarding data, and payroll system updatesCoordinate with the Payroll Team Leader on escalations, exceptions, and client updatesSupport system administration across payroll platforms (e.g. Employment Hero, Xero, TANDA)Maintain accurate documentation and support audit-readinessAbout YouPrior experience in administration or processing (NFP sector experience a plus, not essential)Confident, professional communicator, comfortable owning client relationshipsStrong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approachComfortable working across multiple systems and client portfoliosAbility to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Xero, Employment Hero, TANDA, or similar platforms desirableWhat We OfferHybrid working arrangementsExposure to a broad and meaningful NFP client portfolioA supportive, collaborative team cultureThe opportunity to make a genuine difference in the community sector
