Job Description
Based in Geelong Victoria, Thornton Engineering is seeking to recruit experienced and qualified Welders / Metal Fabricators at their location in Corio VIC.
The successful applicants will :
Have a willingness to work
Be punctual and responsible
Robust attention to detail
This role will include but not limited to:
Heavy wall pipe fabrication
Plate fabrication
Structural steel fabrication
Preparation, cutting, welding, grinding, drilling
Skills & Attributes:
Cert III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience as a welder or related trade
Ability to read and interpret drawings to a high standard
Safety first attitude
Carbon and stainless-steel experience essential
Proficiency in MIG, TIC and Arc welding
Salary range is $75,000-$105,000 dependent on qualifications and experience Multiple Full-time Positions available Applications open on 24th July **** and closes on 24th August ****
