We're looking for a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, service agents, and suppliers across Australia.
About the Role
As a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator, you will be the go‐to person for all things spare parts — from assisting customers and service agents with technical documentation, to processing orders, managing inventory, and building lasting relationships.
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Support customers and service agents with spare parts manuals and technical resources
Help identify and source correct spare parts via supplier portals
Communicate professionally and efficiently via phone and email
Keep customers informed of order statuses and delays
Sales & Business Development
Work toward annual spare parts sales targets in collaboration with the team
Process quotes, orders, and invoices with accuracy and speed
Build strong relationships with end users, resellers, and contractors




Collaborate with Marketing to promote spare parts and explore new sales opportunities
Stock Management
Assist in managing stock levels and conducting regular stock takes
Order and receive spare parts into our service system
Maintain supply of frequently used consumables for the service team
Teamwork & Communication
Foster positive communication within the team and across departments
Share customer feedback to help improve service and processes
Be open to assisting in other service and parts areas as needed (training provided)
