You will be responsible for generating current business, building pipeline and converting opportunities, backed by a strong product, credible brand and supportive national team. Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
Run discovery meetings, product demonstrations and solution presentations
Develop relationships with key decision makers
Negotiate commercial terms and close new logo deals
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success

Who This Suits
2 to 4 years experience in B2B sales or business development
High energy, resilient and genuinely motivated by commission and client success
Strong hunting mentality with the confidence to open doors
Commercially minded with a consultative sales approach
Comfortable working autonomously and managing a territory
Experience in SaaS, technology, fleet or logistics is advantageous but not essential
