The role and team
This role sits within the commercial litigation and disputes practice, with a strong focus on restructuring, insolvency and asset recovery matters. The team advises on complex disputes, insolvency processes,
investigations, fraud related matters, asset tracing and cross-border recovery issues.
Clients include lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, investors and corporate stakeholders across a range of sectors. You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex and commercially sensitive matters with cross-border elements.
To be successful, you will possess the following
Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in commercial litigation or disputes
Experience or interest in restructuring, insolvency or asset recovery matters
Solid drafting, analytical and communication skills
Ability to work across complex and commercially sensitive matters
