causation, policy coverage (PDS), and repair requirementsPrepare and review scope of works, cost estimates, and supplier quotes, ensuring cost-effective and accurate outcomesNegotiate repair scope, costs, and methodology with builders and suppliersMake claim decisions and recommendations in line with policy and regulatory frameworksManage claims end-to-end, including risk identification, escalations, make-safe approvals, and monitoring repair progress, quality, and timelinesReview and approve variations and invoices throughout the repair lifecycleBuild and maintain robust relationships with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholdersWe are looking for someone withResidential building/renovation experience with strong estimating capability (essential)Experience preparing and reviewing scope of works and repair cost estimatesStrong negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication, customer service, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple systems and work in a fast-paced environment
