We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at JUNI Melbourne, a fast paced Pan Asian hospitality destination in the heart of Melbourne.
As our Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all beverage and bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
This is a full-time position based in our Melbourne CBD location.What you'll be doingManage and oversee all aspects of beverage & Wine operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervisionDevelop and implement creative cocktail and beverage menus to drive sales and enhance the customer experienceEnsure excellent customer service by training and motivating the bar and beverage teamMonitor and analyse bar performance metrics to identify areas for improvementMaintain a safe and compliant bar environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and liquor licensing requirementsAssist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies for the barWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industryProven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency,
