we'd love to hear from you.What's on OfferStarting rate from $***** per hour (depending on experience)Shift penalties paid on afternoon and night shiftsRegular weekend overtime availablePermanent full-time position with long-term job securityStable and growing food manufacturing businessOngoing training and development opportunitiesModern production facility with a supportive maintenance teamThe RoleAs part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through preventative and breakdown maintenance.Key responsibilities include:Electrical fault finding and breakdown responsePreventative and scheduled maintenancePLC fault finding and basic troubleshooting (desirable)Installation and commissioning of new machineryContinuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtimeMaintaining food safety, quality and workplace safety standardsWorking closely with production and engineering teamsAbout You To be successful, you will have:Current A-Grade Electrical LicencePrevious experience in manufacturing, industrial or food production environmentsStrong electrical fault-finding skillsExperience with motors, conveyors, VSDs, sensors and control systemsAbility to read electrical drawings and schematicsA proactive, reliable and safety-focused approachExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work a rotating shift rosterShift PatternThis position operates on a rotating roster covering:Day ShiftAfternoon ShiftNight ShiftRegular weekend overtime is available and paid at applicable penalty rates.
