This is a hands on coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams and keeping things running smoothly.What you'll be doingMonitor and analyse inventory levels to maintain healthy stock coverage and minimise obsolescenceRaise and manage purchase orders, tracking delivery ETAs and following up on delaysWork closely with suppliers to confirm timelines and resolve issuesSupport inventory management activities including stock control, cycle counts and stocktakesPartner with Customer Service, Sales,



Production and Warehousing to support customer fulfilmentWork closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice and pricing discrepanciesWhat we're looking forStrong coordination and follow through skills with great attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel with expertise in formulas, pivot tables, and report buildingComfortable working across multiple stakeholders and prioritiesClear communicator who enjoys problem solvingInventory, purchasing or supply chain experience is essentialWhy Work With Us?
