Located in Truganina in Melbourne's West, Sidelink Transport is proudly a family owned and operated business.We are currently seeking an experienced individual with strong container cartage experience to join our expanding Operations Team.Reporting directly to the Dayshift Transport Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective control and optimisation of our Sideloader fleet.Responsibilities include:Control fleet of 30 sideloader drivers dailyCoordinate daily fleet allocation, driver runs, and transport movements.Drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.Optimize driver runs throughout the shiftEnsure compliance with CoR,



Fatigue Management & NHVR regulationsReduce driver down time and container demurrageCommunicate all delays to our Customer Service teamAbout you:Minimum 3+ years of experience in container transport and fleet controlExperience with Freight tracker preferredStrong planning and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage changing prioritiesExcellent communication and coordination skillsGood understanding of transport operations, delivery windows, and route planning, etc.Valuable understanding of Melbourne metro suburbs & toll points.Hours5.30am - 3.30pm Monday-Friday (Weekends on monthly rotation)
