From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you'll do as Fuel Scheduler:Report to the Fuel Desk Lead within the Customer Experience departmentManage customer refueling needs, calculate fuel usage, monitor fuel levels, schedule refuels, and respond to fuel alertsCoordinate fueling on delivery of hire equipment to clients, and fuel drainage prior to collectionCollaborate closely with internal teams (such as labor, equipment, transport schedulers, and customer service reps) for optimized activity planning,



route planning for Aggreko owned fuel tanks and any variations or issues with current schedulesLiaise with external fuel suppliers to ensure timely and efficient fuel deliveries and collectionsPlan and coordinate fuel activities and manage fuel vendors with a robust focus on safetyHandle purchase orders and administrative tasks related to fuel and ensure fuel charges are accurately recharged to customersYou are / have:Ideally have a minimum of approx 3 years experience in a scheduling position (workforce planning, transport, equipment, labour etc)Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated customer focus with a problem solving mindsetExperience in fuel supply operations would be highly regarded but is not required – we are open to industryProficiency in Microsoft and ERP systemHere's what you'll get:Hybrid work from home 2 days a week, and 3 days in the officeCompetitive compensationPaid training programs and tuition reimbursementSafety-focused cultureCommunity volunteering programA range of career development opportunitiesOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
