This role is open to junior Automation/Controls Engineers looking to develop or Electricians wanting to progress into Automation.As part of this growth, they are looking anAutomation Technician to work on Afternoon shiftto support plant reliability, automation performance, and ongoing operational improvement across the facility.TheRoleThis is a hands-on Automation Technician role within a fast-paced manufacturing workplace, focused on plant reliability, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and supporting the introduction of new equipment and lines across the facility.
You will play a key role in identifying and resolving automation issues while supporting ongoing operational and capital project activity across the site.Key Responsibilities include:Troubleshooting automation and control sequence issues across manufacturing linesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives with process engineering teamsLearning and supporting newly installed equipment and production linesAssisting with commissioning activities during expansion projectsReviewing valve sequences, automation steps, false paths,
