You'll be the one on site making the calls - organising the crew, reading the job, and making sure it's built right the first time.What you'll be doingRunning the day-to-day on site as leading hand - organising your crew, sequencing the work, and keeping the job on scheduleHands-on construction of decks, pergolas and verandahs, from footings through to final fixReading plans and specs and making sure the build matches them - post and beam sizing, footing depth, roof attachment methodKeeping the site safe,
