This is a full-time position based in Melbourne.
As Cleaning Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across a designated area, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and managing a team of cleaning professionals.
This role is pivotal to our operational success and directly impacts the quality of service we provide to our clients.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, performance management and ensuring adherence to company policies and proceduresConduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectationsMonitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate orders to maintain adequate stockDevelop and implement cleaning schedules that maximise efficiency whilst meeting client requirementsRespond to and resolve client complaints or concerns in a skilled and timely mannerMaintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, incidents and service deliveryEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all cleaning operationsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the designated areaLiaise between cleaning teams and clients to communicate expectations, updates and any service modificationsParticipate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledgeHands on responsibility for periodical jobsWhat we're looking forProven experience working as a Cleaning Supervisor,
