Based in the Dandenong branch, your role will see you performing electrical troubleshooting services and maintenance, component installations and repairs on Hitachi earthmoving equipment.You will be responsible for:Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on earthmoving equipment in line with manufacturer specifications, targeted times, and quality proceduresDesign, install, and test electrical components for mobile earthmoving equipmentPerform troubleshooting on Hitachi control systems, including field repairs and reporting of findingsEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with Workplace Health & Safety requirementsComplete all required paperwork, including risk assessments, job cards, strip reports, assembly check sheets, and timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliancePrepare and conduct pre‐delivery inspections and testing of new equipment.Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐organised working environmentAs the ideal candidate,



you will have:Relevant Trade Qualification - Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent disciplineEarthmoving equipment experience highly regardedA commitment to safety and strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety principlesStrong communication skills and a dedication to providing quality work for an OEMAbility to work within a collaborative team environmentHitachi Benefits - What's in it for you?
