Our custom-built facility hosts precision instrumentation, cutting edge technology and is complimented by a highly experienced expert team of well-trained clinical and administrative staff who share the vision of a surgical centre of excellence.The role reports to theTheatre Manager / CEO/DoNMandatory CriteriaRegistered Nurse (Division 1) with current Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia registration with AHPRAPrevious experience in Perioperative nursing with exceptional clinical skillsPrevious nursing experience in Ophthalmology or ENTKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in the day surgery environment whilst administering general RN dutiesAttentive to detail and adaptable to work independently as well as collaborativelyAbility to establish interpersonal relationships and collaborate with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needsDemonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication with basic computer literacyFlexibility to accommodate unanticipated changes in rostering based on facility requirementsActive involvement in Quality Improvement activitiesAct as a liaison between patients, families,
