you will play a key role in delivering precision components that meet the exacting standards our customers expect.Your responsibilities will include:Programming, setting and operating CNC milling and turning machinesWorking across 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centersInterpreting engineering drawings and technical specificationsEnsuring components are manufactured accurately and efficientlyPerforming in-process quality checks and inspectionsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice manufacturingMaintaining a safe, organized and professional work environmentAbout YouWe're looking for individuals who take pride in their work and have a genuine passion for precision engineering.You will ideally have:Trade qualification in Engineering, Toolmaking, CNC Machining or a related disciplineExperience programming, setting and operating CNC machining equipmentExposure to CNC milling, turning or multi-axis machining environmentsStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityA proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with Okuma and/or Mazak machines is advantageous but not essentialWe're Looking for More Than Just ExperienceWhether you're an experienced CNC Machinist looking for your next challenge or a skilled machinist wanting to further develop your capabilities on advanced multi-axis equipment, we'd like to hear from you.If you're passionate about precision manufacturing, enjoy working with advanced technology, and want to be part of a business with a strong future and exciting growth plans, Aldus Engineering could be the perfect fit for you.
