We're known for premium products, exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.As we continue to grow and prepare to open our second hospitality venue, we're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager/senior cooks/sous chefs wanting their first leadership role to take ownership of our established kitchen.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step away from late nights/very early mornings and split shifts while still leading a professional kitchen.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our established kitchen.The menu, systems and suppliers are already in place, allowing you to focus on delivering consistently high-quality food, leading the team and maintaining excellent kitchen standards.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operation of the kitchenMaintain consistency,



presentation and food qualityManage ordering and stock controlMonitor food costs and minimise wasteTrain and support kitchen staffEnsure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintainedMaintain a positive and professional kitchen cultureWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience leading a commercial kitchen not essential but preferredStrong organisational and communication skillsPassion for quality food and attention to detailAbility to lead by exampleReliable, calm and professional under pressureExcellent food safety knowledgeTrade qualifications are welcomed but not essential.
