This hands‐on, store‐based role will prepare new franchise partners to confidently operate their own Boost Juice store, while working closely with our Learning and Development, Franchise Sales and Operations teams.
With training delivered across multiple locations, the role will also involve frequent interstate travel.Reporting to the Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:Coordinate the New Partner Training Program from the point of handover by the Franchise Sales teamOrganise training stores, uniforms, online pre-work and departmental sessions for bookwork weekDevelop tailored training plans for new partnersFacilitate in‐store training, bookwork weeks and settlement supportCoach new partners and their teams to confidently operate their stores and deliver the Boost customer experienceFacilitate operational workshops, on‐the‐job coaching and store‐based training projectsCoach leaders to build high‐performing teams and maintain consistent operational standardsEnsure training complies with quality, food safety, workplace health and safety, legal and operational requirementsMaintain training areas, records, competency sign‐offs,



registers and reportingIdentify and implement opportunities to continually improve the New Partner Training ProgramModel the Boost values and act as a positive brand ambassador in every interactionSupport training initiatives across other Retail Zoo brands when requiredWhat we're looking for:Solid operational experience within a fast‐paced retail, hospitality or food and beverage environmentExperience training, coaching and developing leaders and operational teamsA clear and professional communication style, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiencesStrong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver both practical and classroom‐based trainingA proactive and solutions‐focused approach, with the initiative to take action and achieve outcomesA values‐led leadership style and the ability to role model expected behavioursStrong stakeholder management and relationship‐building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIncredible attention to detail and strong administrative skillsThe ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends when requiredA passion for the Boost Juice brand and delivering an exceptional Love Life experienceAt Boost, we are committed to providing our team with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
