We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the water treatment industry, seeking a motivated and hands-on Water Treatment Operator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tradesperson looking to expand your skills in a specialised industry. Whether you already have water treatment experience or are eager to learn, you'll be supported to develop your expertise while working on a diverse range of projects.

About The Role

As a Water Treatment Operator, you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of water treatment systems.

This is a field-based position offering variety, autonomy and the chance to work on technically compelling projects.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring systems operate efficiently while delivering exceptional service to customers.

About You
A trade qualification as a Fitter, Plumber or Mechanical Plumber
Previous water treatment experience (highly regarded but not essential)
A genuine willingness to learn and develop specialist water treatment skills




Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
A willingness to perform manual labour in office when required
Robust attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
The ability to interpret technical plans, diagrams and manuals to diagnose and resolve system issues
Confidence working independently with minimal supervision
Experience with poly welding, pipe gluing and steel welding (highly regarded)
A proactive, hands-on approach and a robust work ethic
