In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by enhancing their experience with our MineStar® technology.

or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a similar role.Strong understanding of software applications and their implementation in a mining context.Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.Nice to haveFamiliarity with mining operations and equipment.Experience with project management methodologies.Skills & toolsProficiency in software troubleshooting and customer support tools.Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.Experience with MineStar® technology is a plus.Practical notesCandidates must be eligible to work in Australia.Travel may be required for in office customer support.Competitive benefits package offered, including health insurance and retirement plans.Applications will be accepted until (insert application deadline).
