With an extremely strong customer base that spans QSR, Commercial, Industrial and Hospitality, Pure Dairy has established itself as a trusted supplier to the industry both across Australia and internationally.Our cutting-edge facility in Dandenong South is now fully operational and we're on the lookout for skilled Machine Operators to join our growing team with roles available on Day Shift.Starting immediately, successful candidates will enjoy amazing amenities, competitive pay rates and the opportunity to develop in a fast-paced company.About the RoleAs an experienced Machine Operator, your role will be required to perform the following (but not limited to) duties:Machine setup and operationExperience in food or beverage processing highly regardedExperience using Vertical Form Fill Seal or horizontal flow wrapper machines highly regardedMonitoring and quality controlMachine changeovers and line adjustmentsAssist with trouble shooting and new format set-upsRaw material preparation - De-carton various raw ingredients from our low care to high care production rooms (up to 25kgs in weight).




Line feeding - continuously feed blocks into hopper/loading stationProduct handling and documentationCleaning and sanitation (CIP & COP) - including disassembly and reassembly of equipment for manual cleaningComply with food safety, GMP and hygiene standardsThe following skills & experience that will put you ahead of other candidates.Previous experience working in the dairy/food/beverage industryExperience working with high-speed processing and packaging equipmentCan demonstrate understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.Can demonstrate commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety-first mindset.Physical readiness - this is an active role that involves standing, lifting (up to 25kgs) and moving throughout the shiftAbility to work in a fast-paced, hygiene-controlled workplace.PPE & onsite uniform are provided and there is ample car parking available.This is a fantastic opportunity so what's next?
