The Position:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Technician to join our team.
This full-time role will be based in our Head Office in Mitcham which services customers across Australia within the Public and Private healthcare industry
Key Accountabilities include:
Repair, test and calibration of medical devices in a workshop environmentTest and evaluate incoming productsProvide Technical support for Sales staff and external customers including Biomedical Departments in relation to technical components and fault-finding proceduresDelivery of capital equipment for trial to Biomedical Departments in local hospitals as requiredArrange RA's for faulty equipment to suppliers / manufactures for both warranty and out of warranty repairs.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
Direct experience is not necessary as full training is provided, however must have demonstrated technical / mechanical experienceElectronics industry experience is an advantageWillingness to learn current skillsWork Autonomously or in a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsHelp build relationships with customersHands on approach for service repairs and deliveriesTechnically minded / good problem solverStrong work ethic
