As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, organised and customer-focused Property Management Associate to support a high-performing Rental Department in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful career in property management.
You will provide vital day-to-day support, assisting with a range of administrative, client-facing, and operational tasks.Key Responsibilities:Assist with coordinating rental property advertising and inspection timesLiaise with renters, landlords, and tradespeople to ensure prompt communication and resolution of issuesProvide administrative support such as diary management, document preparation, compliance tracking and data entryHelp manage rental arrears, lease renewals, and routine inspectionsPrepare reports and correspondence as requiredSupport with filing, database maintenance and general office duties as directed by the two Department HeadsAbout YouPrevious experience in a property management or real estate support role (preferred but not essential)A current Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to obtainStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent communication skills and a professional phone mannerClose attention to detail and a proactive,
