We are a well-established law firm located in Coomera and Isle of Capri and are looking to grow our team.An opportunity has become availablefor a full-time Conveyancing Paralegal in our firm's busy Coomera office to join our conveyancing team.The key duties and responsibilities of the role are:operate your own files from A-Z under the supervision of our Partners/Solicitorsliaising directly with clients and other parties involved in matterspreparation of all relevant conveyancing documents and correspondence necessary for the conduct of conveyance mattersanswering phones, dealing with enquiries and providing quotes to prospective conveyancing clientsassisting with paralegal tasks for commercial or other mattersTo be successful in this role,



you will need:Good work culture and work ethicExperience operating your own residential conveyancing files (including pre-registration contracts) from beginning to completion – minimum two (2) years requiredAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamKnowledge of LEAP, PEXA and QRO OnlineAbility and confidence to work in a high volume, fast paced and demanding environmentWarm and friendly relational skills with the ability to build relationships with recent and existing clientsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailEffective time management and organisational skillsIf the above sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.Salary offered based on experience and performance.
