RTO Compliance and Administration Officer - Hybrid WFHVictorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health – Collingwood VICVACCHO is committed to supporting our staff through a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with connection.All new staff complete a three-month training and onboarding period in the office.
This ensures they receive the right support, build relationships, and develop a strong understanding of VACCHO's systems and ways of working.Following this period, staff may request for working from home to be considered for up to two days per week for full-time staff and scaled back for 0.8 FTE and 0.6 FTE staff.This hybrid model allows us to stay collaborative and connected while also supporting our team to enjoy the benefits of flexibility and work–life balance.Job Title: RTO Compliance and Administration OfficerLocation: Collingwood, VIC (Hybrid Work Model)Salary: $90,000-$105,000 per annum (plus super)About VACCHOVACCHO is the peak representative for the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Victoria.We have 35 member Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations providing support to over 78,000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the state.

About the roleThe RTO Compliance and Administration Officer will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance across the administration functions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The role ensures that all policies, procedures and operations meet our regulatory requirements and funding obligations.This position works closely with the Management team and the RTO Director in managingcompliance, supporting staff, and improving operational efficiency.Essential skills/experiencesTo be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years experience working in an RTO, with a solid understanding of the VET sector and ASQA standards.
Your knowledge and skills in the following areas will help you succeed:Results-driven and outcome-focused, with a strong ability to identify problems and streamline processes in line with regulatory requirements and funding obligations.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPromote continuous improvement across the student lifecycle by embedding culturally appropriate, student-centred practices in all activitiesStrong audit and compliance capability, with experience reviewing processes,
