Mulline produces premium cool climate wines from the Geelong Region, Victoria.After experiencing rapid growth and success, we are looking for an energetic and wine-passionate Cellar Door Manager to lead our hospitality offering, grow local sales, and help us tell the Mulline story online.
You will be part of a tight-knit, ambitious team with a vibrant start-up culture and big plans for the future.The RoleAs Cellar Door Manager, you will be the face of Mulline for our visitors and local community.
You will lead the cellar door experience, drive local area sales, and play a hands-on role in our social media presence — capturing content, engaging our audience, and growing our brand online.This role works closely with the Head of Operations and the winemaking team, and is perfect for someone who loves wine, loves people, and wants to make a real impact in a growing business.What You'll Be DoingAssisting with design, establishment and fit out of cellar door on the Bellarine PeninsulaRunning the day-to-day cellar door operations and delivering outstanding tasting experiencesRostering, training and leading casual hospitality staffDesigning, hosting and managing private tastings, group bookings and cellar door eventsManaging stock,
