HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our national Recruitment Projects Team, supporting large-scale outsourced recruitment campaigns for government, education, healthcare, community services and corporate clients across Australia.This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in recruitment, candidate assessment, workforce planning and talent acquisition while working alongside experienced recruitment professionals on high‐profile projects.About the RoleAs part of our Recruitment Projects Team, you will support major recruitment campaigns involving hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of candidates.Screening and assessing candidate applicationsConducting phone interviews and candidate assessmentsCoordinating interviews, assessment centres and recruitment eventsSupporting candidate testing and selection activitiesCompleting reference checks and pre-employment screening activitiesManaging candidate communications via phone,



email and SMSScheduling recruitment activities and interviewsMaintaining recruitment systems and candidate recordsSupporting recruitment reporting and project administrationAssisting recruitment consultants and project managers to deliver client outcomesEnsuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processAbout YouAre currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related disciplineHave a genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, organisational psychology or workforce planningPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsAre highly organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesHave excellent attention to detail and a commitment to qualityEnjoy working with people and building relationshipsAre adaptable, proactive and eager to learnCan work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentWhy Join HOBAN?
