You will also be required to work from our Swan Hill Solar Farm as required.
Play a rewarding role in exceptional maintenance of our solar farm's operations.This role is best suited for someone local to Swan Hill or Balranald as it is not FIFO/DIDO (travel and accommodation not provided).
The ability to commute to work daily is critical.We also have the option for the successful candidate to carpool from Swan Hill to and from Sunraysia Solar Farm.What we offer:$65,000 - $75,000 base salary + superAdditional overtime and public holiday worked paid at award ratesConsistent roster available.

3 days offLong term job securityOngoing training and career progression opportunities within a growing companyBe part of Australia's clean energy transitionYour responsibilities as a General Labourer will be:Assisting carrying out maintenance checks on solar farm equipmentMaintaining upkeep of site and plant equipmentGeneral mechanical maintenance such as pre-starts, greasing, blowing down, part swapping, minor diagnostics etc.Providing general site duties to ensure smooth operationsGrounds maintenance (using zero-turn mowers mostly, tractor operation with slasher, chemical spraying)Mechanical technical skills are preferredTo be successful as our General Labourer, you will have:Experience labouring in a similar fieldExperience with operating a Tractor and SlasherExperience in Chemical Spraying advantageous - Training in Certificates can be provided if not held.Thrive in a quick-paced environmentBring a positive can-do attitude and sound communication skills You must have experience with operating a Tractor and SlasherAbility to pass medical, drug, alcohol tests and Police CheckAs this is a long term role, we are only seeking applicants with full Australian working rights.Recurrent Energy is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce.
