Woods & Coare partnering with an established high end residential builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke luxury homes across Melbourne.
With a strong pipeline of architecturally designed projects, they're looking to add an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple builds.This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment construction setting and wants to be apart of a collaborative team delivering some of Melbourne's most impressive residential projects.
Candidates from a luxury residential background are encouraged to apply, however those with experience coordinating commercial construction projects would align well!
The RoleWorking closely with the Construction Manager and wider site team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are well managed from pre-construction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:Assisting the CM with day to day coordination of projectsManaging project documentation, RFI's, variations, subcontractor packages and procurement schedulesCoordinating supplier and subcontractor communications to ensure materials and trades are delivered on timeMonitoring project programs and assisting with construction schedulingPreparing reports, tracking project costs and maintaining accurate project recordsLiaising with clients, engineers, architects,
