We specialise in bulk tanker and general freight operations and are trusted by some of Australia's largest companies.With a strong focus on safety, compliance, efficiency and customer service, we are expanding our Operations team and seeking a motivated and detail-driven Transport Scheduler to support our growing fleet.The Role- Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Transport Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring daily transport activities to ensure safe, compliant and on-time delivery outcomes.This is a rapid-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, can think ahead and communicates effectively with drivers, customers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule daily transport movements across local,



regional and interstate operationsCoordinate loading and unloading requirements with customers and site contactsDispatch drivers and monitor trip progress in real timeManage schedule changes due to delays, breakdowns or customer requirementsEnsure compliance with NHVAS Mass and Fatigue requirementsMaintain accurate load, fleet and driver recordsCommunicate proactively with customers regarding ETAs and service updatesIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecksSupport continuous improvement in fleet utilisation and efficiencySkills & ExperienceProven experience in transport scheduling or fleet coordinationStrong understanding of heavy vehicle operationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and organisational abilityAbility to work in a fast-moving operations environmentWe are looking for someone who is, proactive and solutions focused, calm under pressure, A strong team player, Customer service focused, highly organised and reliable and able to make confident operational decisions
