We seek Diploma Lead Educators who are warm, caring and respectful of children's needs and the environment in which they learn.These roles will see you working collaboratively with fellow educators to deliver a play-based learning program.

You will possess the following attributes:Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standard and National Framework.Minimum Diploma qualificationMinimum 3 years experienceWorking knowledge of theEarly Years Learning Framework.Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.Provide a creative environment that engages children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.Current SeniorFirst Aid certificate.CPR including Anaphylaxis and Asthma.CurrentWorking with Children CheckHave a true passion forEarly Childhood Education and Care.Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $79,423 per year Schedule: 8-hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Dubbo ****: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Teaching: 3 years (Preferred) Licence/Certification: Working with Children Check (Preferred) Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred) Work Location: In person
