Our passionate team is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences, building strong relationships with families, and fostering a supportive workplace culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed.This is an exciting opportunity to join a centre that values collaboration, community connection, and continuous improvement.About the RoleAs Assistant Centre Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to drive operational excellence, inspire educational quality, and lead a high-performing team.You will:Support the day-to-day leadership and operations of the centreMentor, coach and develop educators to achieve their full potentialFoster strong relationships with children, families and the local communitySupport occupancy growth through positive family engagement and community partnershipsEnsure compliance with company policies, regulations and National Quality StandardsContribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellenceAssist in achieving operational,



financial and quality objectivesAbout YouYou are a passionate leader who enjoys building capability in others and creating positive outcomes for children, families, and educators.You'll bring:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)Previous leadership experience in an Assistant Centre Manager, Centre Manager, or similar roleStrong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality StandardsExperience leading teams and driving positive centre cultureSound knowledge of compliance, operational and safety requirementsCurrent Working with Children Check (Blue Card)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsOur Commitment to QualityOur educators are trained in the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, Australia's most advanced approach to early childhood education.
