Every day, our teams support older Australians to stay connected to the people, places, and communities they love.We're looking for a Finance Officer with strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience to join our growing Melbourne Outer East team on a 6-month contract.About the RoleAs our Finance Officer, you'll support the smooth running of our finance function, managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and account enquiries while providing high-quality support to clients and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Accounts Payable, including supplier invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, and supplier enquiries.Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment allocations, collections, and account reconciliations.Maintain accurate customer and supplier account records.Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies.Assist with month-end reconciliations and general finance administration.Process Support at Home (SaH) statements, claims, and client balances (advantageous).
About YouPrevious experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Officer role,



managing high volumes of invoices and transactions.Strong collections and account reconciliation experienceExcellent communication skills with transparent, professional spoken and written EnglishHighly organised with strong attention to detailAble to manage high-volume transactions and competing prioritiesExperience with NetSuite, Aurion, or similar ERP systems (advantageous)Why Join Dovida?
