Supporting the OH&S; Manager, you'll coordinate safety systems, compliance activities and operational workflows that help keep our construction sites safe, compliant and running efficiently.In this role, you will be responsible for the following:Monitor and manage the central OHS team inbox and prioritise incoming mattersCoordinate Field Officer schedules, locations and weekly requirementsAdminister SafetyCulture and maintain accurate safety records, compliance documentation, reporting and audit administrationFollow up outstanding compliance actions from inspections and workflowsCoordinate trade, contractor and supplier safety inductions, ensuring accreditation remains current before engagementReview camera alerts, investigate initial details and triage matters to the safety teamPrepare monthly safety reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives across safety systems and processesBuild strong working relationships across construction and operational teams to support positive safety outcomesWe are ideally seeking candidates with:Experience in an administration or coordination role within construction, OH&S;, compliance or another regulated environmentExperience managing documentation, reporting and business systemsStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-upA proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and follow through on actionsStrong communication skills and the ability to deal with a range of stakeholdersExperience with SafetyCulture or similar safety management systems will be highly regardedCertificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or willingness to complete) and a current Driver Licence preferredAs a named Outstanding Place to Work (not once, but five times!), our commitment to making life better for our people speaks for itself.
