Responsibilities include:Primarily focusing on 'The Dining Room' our hatted restaurant working closely with the Restaurant Manager, delivering warm,



professional and authentic hospitalityPreparing venues for service and working closely with the Restaurant ManagerAssisting in the leadership and development of a vibrant front-of-house teamSupporting all aspects of daily food and beverage operations across all outlets including Weddings and Events, Conference Servicing and Cellar Door.About YouYou are an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for quality, detail, and leadership.
